Refunds
If any top from Cali Collections doesn’t quite fit or you have changed your mind, refunds are available. Just contact us by email. You will just have to send it back to us and we will refund you the price and shipping only once we receive the top.
The last thing we want to do is disappoint our customers :)
Shipping
When you order, it takes about 4-7 business days to prepare (depending on how many orders we have to make) and ship. Once your order is sent off, it will take about 3-4 days to arrive if you live in AUS. If you live overseas it may take 1-2 weeks to ship. Tracking is included for all orders.
If you buy 2 tops, it may take a 1-3 days longer.
