Hey!

I’m Liv and I created my own clothing brand, Cali Collections. Even before I got a sewing machine, I always wanted to make clothes and I would watch basic sewing tutorials. I’ve been obsessed with fashion forever and I always knew I wanted to started a clothing brand.

In early January, I made my first piece, the blossom top. It was a design I thought of when I was in the ribbon aisle with my grandma in Spotlight. I bought all the right materials for it and got to work as soon as I got home. it took me about 2 hours to figure out which stitch I should use etc. When I was finished, I knew that girls around my age would adore this cute and simple top.

I put it on, took a few photos, and posted them on TikTok. My first video had 1k views and I got my first 10 followers. Most of them were my friends, but I was so excited. I started posting everyday and even did photoshoot with my friend harper. I posted a video of harper in the top. We thought nothing of it. But the next day, the video had reached 20k views. And as of now, the video has 79k views. And that’s how it all started. Im hoping this can be a brand that continues to grow in the future and I’m so excited!!
